11 years ago I was scratching around looking for something to do as I'd just sold a leisure "coin-op" business when someone said to me "you want to get into hiring out tents".

Everyone thought I was raving mad but as they say, there's a method in madness, and I quite liked the idea so I consequently purchased 1/2 dozen pop-up mini marquees which I then proceeded to hire out. I somehow managed to get all my advertising dates wrong and sat around staring at a dead phone!

The following year I think I peeked at 26 single rentals of my 1/2 dozen marquees in one weekend. I also became one of the first companies to look into websites and generic phone numbers within the marquee industry.

In a chronological situation the big bit in the middle of the last 11 years has been packed solid with really interesting jobs, some of which, at a later date, I will no doubt post on this website! The pop festivals have been non-stop and some of the celebrities that I've done private work for have been absolute quality!!! For instance Samantha Bond's partner, he's a famous film star, like she is, but I can't remember his name! John Stapleton of GMTV fame has used us several times and of course good old Jimmy Hill and his entire family.

There's lots of stories that in time I will post on this website, but to be totally honest with you at this present moment I just want to take the "under construction" symbols off it and go live so no doubt I will write again soon.
